Erik Seidel raises to $300,000 and Alex Kostritsyn makes the call. The flop comes J-8-7 and Kostritsyn checks to Seidel, who bets $550,000. Kostritsyn asks Seidel how much he has behind ($2.2 million), and then raises $2 million more. Seidel moves all-in and Kostritsyn beats him to the pot with J-9 to Seidel's A-Q.
The turn card is the 3 and Seidel is drawing to an ace or a queen to stay alive.
The river card is the K and this tournament is over! Alex Kostritsyn is the champion of the 2008 Aussie Millions after seven days of long, hard-fought poker.
The 21-year-old Russian prodigy will take home $1.65 million and an Aussie Millions bracelet for his victory while FullTilt pro Erik Seidel earns $1 million for his runner-up finish.
